FitnX is a fitness diary and activity-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency monitoring, nutrition advice or professional coaching.

Consult a qualified professional

Exercise may not be appropriate for everyone and can involve serious injury or death. Consult a physician or appropriately qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have been inactive, have symptoms or risk factors, or are uncertain whether an activity is safe.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, unusual pain or another concerning symptom. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not use FitnX to request or wait for emergency assistance.

Measurements and estimates

Heart rate, energy, distance, speed, pace, cadence, elevation, route, repetitions, measurements, scores and statistics may be estimated, delayed, incomplete or inaccurate due to device limits, sensor fit, permissions, signal quality, input, environment, synchronization or software errors.

Do not rely on FitnX for diagnosis, medication, treatment, emergency decisions, navigation safety or another medical or safety-critical purpose. A score or trend is a relative fitness calculation, not an assessment of exercise quality, health, readiness or medical risk.

Safe use

You are responsible for selecting suitable activities, using equipment correctly, maintaining awareness of traffic, terrain, weather and surroundings, following local laws and facility rules and using appropriate supervision or safety equipment. Do not interact with a phone or watch when unsafe.

Health platforms and third parties

Data exchanged with Apple Health/HealthKit, Android Health Connect, Apple Watch, Wear OS or another device may differ between sources or fail to transfer. Third-party services have their own limits and terms. Verify important information at its source and with a qualified professional.

This disclaimer does not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow Gellért Dániel e.v. to exclude.
