Delete your FitnX account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open FitnX and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Account > Data & Privacy.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the consequences, continue, reauthenticate with Apple or Google if requested and confirm.

An internet connection and recent authentication are required. When the request is accepted, FitnX begins permanent deletion and signs you out.

If you cannot access the app

Email developersensey@gmail.com from the address associated with the account, using the subject FitnX account deletion request. Include only what is needed to identify the account.

We may request proportionate verification. We will acknowledge the request and explain the expected timing. Never send passwords, Apple/Google credentials, health records or identity documents unless a specific secure and proportionate method is requested.

Data deleted from active FitnX systems

The deletion flow is designed to remove:

• profile, settings and registration data;
• workouts, activities, exercises and catalogue data associated with the account;
• measurements, statistics, caches, routes and recorded metrics;
• privacy choices and offline-sync records;
• support tickets and uploaded screenshots associated with the account;
• Firebase Authentication access;
• the RevenueCat customer record; and
• app-owned offline history on the device completing deletion.

Other signed-in devices should reconnect to receive deletion state. Uninstall FitnX or clear its app data on devices you no longer use. Records previously exported to Apple Health or Android Health Connect are controlled in those platforms and may need separate deletion there.

Data that may remain separately

• Apple and Google retain store transaction/subscription records under their rules.
• Records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes or legal compliance remain only for the applicable mandatory period.
• Hungarian consumer complaint records and responses may be retained for three years; accounting records may require eight years.
• Minimal privacy-request records may remain while needed to prove compliance or resolve claims.
• Isolated provider backups may retain residual copies temporarily until overwritten under provider schedules and are not returned to ordinary use.
• A support cooldown record containing former identifiers and timestamps may remain for approximately one day if immediate deletion fails.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting FitnX does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, and deleting a RevenueCat record does not cancel it. Cancel through the relevant store before deleting the account if you do not want renewal. Store rules govern cancellation and refunds.

Delete particular data

Use available item-level delete controls without deleting the account, or contact us to request access, correction, restriction, export or deletion. Legally required records may be excluded.

Timing and contact

The automated flow requests RevenueCat erasure before deleting Firebase Authentication; app-owned data deletion then continues asynchronously. We process verified requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. If data remains in active systems because of a temporary provider failure, we will retry or explain the next step.
